Job Aids

This job aid was developed as a resource to be distributed to groups interested in conducting a BINGO fundraiser in the local VFW social hall.

It was found that many groups were approaching such a fundraiser in many different ways (utilizing various points of contact, following different timelines, etc.).  The volunteers in charge of the BINGO machine and scheduling the hall saw a need to streamline the process and to inform all groups of these changes.  

The checklist is a companion to a micro-learning Vyond Video developed to share will all groups requesting the use of the VFW social hall and the BINGO equipment.
