Virtual Instructor-Led Training

This resource is designed as a Virtual Instructor-Led Training for an  executive team as they prepare their teams for a major technological  change initiative. The training emphasizes the importance of both soft and hard skills employees should have when implementing change and it discusses the DICE framework (what it is and what the company will be doing with it).
